Booking & Payment

• At Coed y Berclas Holiday Cottage, we like to provide personal service
• E-mail or phone us with your required dates and indicate that you wish to make a booking.
• All deposits are 100GBP per week booked.
  Your booking will be confirmed on reciept of deposit and you will see your booked period appear in red on the Tariff page.
• If you require an invoice for the deposit, please request one.
• The balance of your payment must be made no later than one calendar month before your holiday.
• When booking late, the whole amount will be due upon booking but we will indicate this when you enquire
• Payment can be made by Stirling cheque made payable to Dorothy Russell and sent to the address on the Contact Us Page.
  Please do not send cash.
• We are able to take payment via PayPal but require an additional small fee to cover charges. Please ask.
  You will not need a PayPal account.
